Geoff Wedlock

Chairman

Mr Wedlock has over 40 years experience in the resource industry including experience in the development of bulk commodity projects particularly in the iron ore industry. He also has significant commercial experience in dealings with international financial partners and customers, external parties and governments.

Mr Wedlock was previously the Managing Director of Grange Resources Limited where he worked for over two years and progressed the development of the Southdown Magnetite deposit from inception to the completion of feasibility studies.

Before joining Grange, Mr Wedlock held the position of Managing Director on a number of publicly-listed resource companies including successful iron ore producer Portman Limited. Prior to this he spent over 30 years in a variety of roles with BHP including Executive Vice President and CEO of BHP Iron Ore Pty Ltd where he was directly involved in the development of four mines, upgrades of two ports and two railways, major infrastructure programs and the development of iron ore processing plants.

John Palermo, B.Bus, FCA, FCPA, JP

Director and Company Secretary

Mr Palermo is a Chartered Accountant and the Principal of the Chartered Accounting Practice, Palermo Chartered Accountants. He has been in public practice as a Principal since 1978. His main areas of expertise are corporate services and company administration.

Mr Palermo is also a Chairman and Company Secretary of other public companies, both listed and unlisted.

Tim Adams

Director

Mr Adams is a highly experienced mining engineer, senior executive and consultant in the resources sector with over 24 years experience. Mr Adams has worked across the full spectrum of activities in the mining industry from exploration to corporate strategic planning, project development, mine planning and feasibility studies, operations and mergers and acquiristions and has worked with companies such as BHP, North Limited, WMC Limited, Portman Limited and Western Metals.

Since 2001, he has provided consulting advice to companies including CITIC Pacific Mining, Xtrata Limited, Grange Resources (Southdown/Kemaman magnetite project) and Onesteel and a number of junior resource companies. As well as the management of feasibility and engineering studies, Mr Adams has also undertaken high level studies, due diligences and project evaluations on resource projects both in Australia and overseas.
